Description of role:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist who can support all paid digital efforts for our clients in one of our fastest growing businesses. If you love a challenge, then this position will provide you with great learning opportunities, a dynamic environment and a high level of responsibility. It will provide you with an in-depth understanding of how to manage multi-channel digital campaigns from start to finish. They will also coordinate efforts both internally and externally to maintain project timelines. This position is a hybrid work model.
Specific responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Assist with the development of various keyword lists, multi-channel ad copy, digital media projections, campaign scheduling, and optimizations.
- Partner with the rest of the digital marketing team to ensure work is being delivered in line with client expectations.
- Understanding the market and audience to assist building a successful marketing campaign with the Digital Marketing Strategists across Google (Search/Display), YouTube, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
- Work closely with clients and co-workers to plan and execute the marketing strategy.
- Manage media buying and campaign management of client accounts, both independently and collaboratively with the team.
- Build paid digital campaigns in all channels with high attention to detail.
- Optimize all campaigns for assigned clients based on performance KPIs.
- Develop and compile monthly advertising reports.
- Support new business opportunities that include a digital focus, which may include research, presentation decks and case studies.
- Ad hoc projects based on client and department requests.
Skills and requirements:
- BA in marketing, communications or related degree
- Digital media buying and marketing experience of 2-3 years
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics. Experience with Programmatic platforms is a plus.
- Strong data analytics background specifically in digital media.
- Ability to handle multiple projects; a self-starter who can take initiative and follow through on projects.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Seeks advice from peers and staff and asks questions to better understand the business and tasks.
- Displays strong customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
